Potato Creek State Park Biking
Paved Bicycle Trail
Potato Creek State Park has a 3.3-mile paved bicycle trail with some hills and curves. The trail starts near the boat rental building by the beach, goes around the west end of Worster Lake, and ends near picnic areas and the Tulip Poplar Recreation Building.
At the trail’s start, a connecting path leads past the Orchard Shores Picnic Area & Shelter Houses to the Nature Center and mountain biking trails.
You can rent bicycles at the General Store or bring your own bike to enjoy the trail.
Mountain Biking Trail– Potato Creek State Park Biking
Potato Creek State Park features a 7.4-mile beginner-level mountain bike trail. It starts at the east end of the beach parking lot and winds through the area north of the Peppermint Hill Recreation Building and east of the cabins and campgrounds.
You can rent bicycles at the General Store or bring your own. Helmets are recommended for the mountain bike trail.
Bicycle Rentals

You can rent bicycles at the General Store for $10 per hour plus tax or $40 per day plus tax. Helmets are available for free. Bikes must be returned one hour before closing, and a deposit of $50 or a driver’s license is required. Payment is made when returning the bike. Hours vary by season. Note that there are no child seats available.
